Blogging and The Law

Most bloggers start out their blogs as a hobby or just a personal diary but some eventually realize that there is a potential to make some money out of blogging via Adsense and the like and they than take it a step futher by exchange links, doing some SEO work, deep linking, posting images and more.

While some things like exchanging links won’t get you into trouble others like posting images and deep linking might just land you in hot soup, especially if your from the USA.
