		<description>Everyone keeps referring back to this magic 8 list of solutions, but I have spent hours following the list and none of it works. Also as soon as a thread gets started addressing this issue the Moderators close the topic and refer back to the list. I mean really is this a solution? 

I hate being a unwitting beta tester.</description>
