For those of you out there that are using Feedburner’s FeedSmith plugin please take note that version 2.3 has been released and it’s very important that you upgrade now because the older version (2.2) has a security vulnerability.

According to BlogSecurity version 2.2 is prone to CSRF (Cross-site request forgery) attack that can allow an attacker to completely hijack blog feeds.

Feedburner acted fast and has released version 2.3 so download it now.
