It’s very rare that a plugin has it’s own domain and own site dedicated just for it, but that’s the case with the GigPress plugin, the plugin was built specifically for touring bands.
Quote from the author:
As a website developer who was often building websites for independent bands — and always using WordPress as CMS of choice — I was constantly frustrated by the lack of a simple, viable method of incorporating live shows and tours into these websites. So I figured I’d brush up on some PHP and build my own

Hi,
I’m using gig-press on the http://www.tonymoffeit.outlawpoetry.com page. I have a another page where I would love to present different artists and their live dates on one page. So, just buy clicking on an artist/band name a new page opends and will show the gig’s. This would be an interesting feature.
Cheers
Klaus
