I had to do some transaction via Paypal today and i noticed that they have setup a new design, the new web 2.0-ish design isn’t enforce on you but you can select it at the top (header) of Paypal.com and you can switch back to the old design at any given time.
The admin panel, the place where you conduct your transaction has also changed but than again you can always revert back to the old design.I remember when Yahoo! implemented a design change for their mail service, i didn’t like it at all and reverted back to the old skool design instantly, however this new Paypal design is quite lovely and i’m sticking with it for the moment.

Thanks for the update on this, I probably wouldn’t have noticed it months from now. LOL I shared this blog post with some of my friends who frequently use paypal.
