The theme however is NOT Free, here’s the breakdown of the prices:

Single Domain License - $70

This license allows you to use Showcase on one website. You may not remove the credit in the footer.

Multiple Domain License - $280

This license allows you to use Showcase on multiple websites / domains, which means you can use this theme as many times as you want, for yourself. You may not remove the credit in the footer.

Developer License - $700

This license allows you to use this theme as many times as you want, for yourself and for clients’ websites. You may also remove the credit in the footer without having to pay a licensing fee for each time you use this theme.

Credit Removal - $30

This allows you to remove the credit message in the footer, for purchase with single and multiple-domain licenses only. You don’t need this for the developer license.

    WOW that theme is awesome. Too bad it’s $70. I can see how it would be worth it, but I’ll bet others will come out for cheaper (free?).
