ClickQuote will wrap the paragraph in appropriate tags and insert it into your comment reply box below. Quote as many paragraphs, from as many people, as you want, all in one comment.
I tried the plugin on their site and it does work very well, love it.

Limosin Creative Status Line, that’s a long name for a plugin, basically the plugin’s function is to display a sort of text at the top of your blog page. So you can use it to announce something or even to promote your others sites, of course you could use it for so many other reasons, a definite must have plugin for affiliate type bloggers.
