123RedBlack is a web2.0-ish look and has 3 columns. There are 3 sidebars of which 1 is on top of the other 2. All sidebars are widgetized so if you turn the sidebarwidget plugin on you will have a tab in the presentation section from where you can dynamicly change the content of the sidebars.
